Rod McCoy is a native of the Greensboro/High Point NC area and now calls The Queen City, Charlotte NC home. Audiences are mesmerized by Rod's playing calling him talented and fun. Rod is truly a crowd pleaser blending a variety of styles into his music as he passionately plays funky, joyous and spiritual licks on his guitar. Rod has played lead and bass guitar for a variety of notable artist and bands such as Bishop TD Jakes, Donnie McClurkin, Dorothy Norwood, Marvin Sapp, Chairman of The Board and local favorites The Groove Masters
