Afton Tickets sells tickets and non-admission items on behalf of, and with permission from the event organizer. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. EVENT TIME, DATE & TICKET PRICE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
If an event is rescheduled by the event organizer for any reason, any purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled event date(s). If an event is canceled by the event organizer for any reason, Afton Tickets can only refund tickets with that event organizer’s consent. If the event organizer has chosen to use their own merchant processor payment gateway, any refund requests will have to go through the event organizer, as in those cases Afton Tickets would not holding any of the ticket funds. If events are rescheduled or canceled due to an Act of God all of our refund policies and terms remain in effect. The event organizer has the right to contest a refund or to contest the Afton Tickets refund policy on a case by case basis.
Each ticket is a revocable license, which is not redeemable for cash, and the following terms apply. No video, photography, nor other recording or distribution of any sounds or images of the event are allowed. You accept any and all risks occurring before, during, and after the event – including physical injury resulting from any cause. You release the event’s management, facility, league, participants, clubs, performers, Afton Tickets, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any related claims. Alcohol, drugs, contraband, cameras, recording devices, bundles, and containers may be prohibited.You consent to search prior to entry and waive related claims. If event is rescheduled or canceled, no refund is required if you are given the right, within 12 months of the originally scheduled event date, to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event or to exchange the ticket for a ticket comparable in location and price, for a similar event as designated by management – except as required by law. Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable. Maximum resale restrictions may apply! Unlawful sale or attempted sale causes ticket to be revoked without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise invalid – and if so, are void. Management may revoke this license or refuse admission for disorderly conduct or for noncompliance with these terms, without refund. Commercial use of this ticket is prohibited, except with written approval.
BY ATTENDING AN EVENT TICKETED BY AFTON TICKETS, YOU CONSENT to our use of your image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio, video, photographs, or any other broadcast, publication, or transmission of the event.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
