Polo is a community sport like no other. The Sarasota Polo Club is one of the largest, most dedicated and enthusiastic polo communities in the world. An estimated 50,000 spectators will be on hand during our 2025 Season here at the Sarasota Polo Club.

Our 2025 Season will kick off on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024 and continue through Sunday, April 27th, 2025. Sunset Polo Happy Hour will run every Thursday from Thursday, March 13th, 2025 through Thursday, April 10th, 2025 (Match starts at 5:30PM, Gates open at 4:30PM).

Rain Out & Refund Policy

Sunday Polo tickets are non-refundable. This includes canceled matches due to weather. Like other outdoor sporting events, polo is subject to weather. The Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to cancel a match if weather conditions are deemed too dangerous for play. Notices will be posted on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) if the Sarasota Polo Club staff makes this decision for a particular Sunday. All ticket holders for that date will also be notified via email. 

Under the terms of a rain-check, tickets for canceled matches may be exchanged for another Sunday Polo date, within 12 months of the originally scheduled match, at the same value and subject to availability. Please contact Info@SarasotaPolo.com to reschedule your tickets. 

Wind Policy

On windy days, the Sarasota Polo Club reserves the right to not allow the use of 10x10 tents and umbrellas to ensure the safety of our players, horses and spectators. Notices will be posted at the entrances, as well as on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) if the Sarasota Polo Club staff makes this decision for a particular Sunday. All ticket holders for that date will also be notified via email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as Mother Nature continues to keep us on our toes.

Alcohol Policy

Effective immediately, the Sarasota Polo Club can no longer permit outside alcohol to be brought to ticketed reserved tailgate spaces, or anywhere else within the grounds of the Sarasota Polo Club. The current insurance market will no longer allow BYOB.

We regret any inconvenience this may bring to your Sunday of Fun at the Sarasota Polo Club. We have plenty of alcoholic beverage service locations on-site during our public matches, which will be ready to serve you and your guests. We will also continue to improve our alcoholic beverage selection that we make available to all patrons. We encourage you to continue bringing your own picnics and non-alcoholic beverage choices.
