BottleRock Napa Valley 2027 Festival Shuttle
The official shuttle service for BottleRock Napa Valley 2027.

These are bus transportation tickets only. They are not festival admission tickets. A separate festival ticket is required to attend.

Every ticket includes round trip transportation to the festival and back to the city you departed from.

Pricing and Key Dates
Shuttle tickets are sold in four pricing windows. Prices increase at each step, so the earlier you book, the less you pay.

• Flash Sale: on now, guaranteed through December 31, 2026. The lowest pricing of the year on both Single Day tickets and the Three Day Weekend Pass. Book now to lock in the best rate of the season.


• Phase 1: from the close of the Flash Sale through April 27, 2027. Last chance to buy a Three Day Weekend Pass. After April 27 the Weekend Pass is no longer available, and attending all three days will require purchasing three separate Single Day tickets.


• Phase 2: April 28 through May 20, 2027. Single Day tickets only.


• Week Of: May 21 through May 30, 2027. Single Day tickets only.

Festival Dates and Pickup Locations
Buses operate Friday May 28, Saturday May 29 and Sunday May 30, 2027.

• Fairfield - 11 am and 1pm


• Mill Valley - 11 am only


• Oakland - 11 am only


• Petaluma - 11 am only


• Sacramento -11 am only


• San Francisco, Civic Center - 10 am and 1pm


• San Francisco, Embarcadero/Beach Street - **10am ONLY THIS YEAR


• Santa Rosa- 11 am only


• Sonoma - 11am and 1pm


• 680 Corridor, Walnut Creek - 11 am only

Each route requires a minimum of 25 tickets sold by May 21, 2027 in order to operate. If a route does not reach that minimum, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another route with your approval.

Booking Your Ticket
At checkout, select the day or days you need transportation and the departure time for each day.

Departure times are fixed, and your ticket is only guaranteed for the time you select. If you miss your bus we will do our best to get you on the next available departure, but we cannot guarantee a seat. Treat it the way you would a standby airline seat.

If there is a specific act you want to see, book the earliest departure time available. Travel times vary with traffic on the day of service.

To estimate your travel time, map your route to BottleRock Napa Valley, 575 3rd Street, Napa, California.

On the Day of Travel
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. The times shown at checkout are departure times, not arrival times.

Check in with our staff at the pickup location to receive your wristband. A Three Day Weekend Pass wristband is valid for all three days. A Single Day wristband is valid for that day only.

All shuttle buses drop off at Soscol Avenue and McKinstry Street, five city blocks from the venue entrance.

Buses operate rain or shine.

Return Transportation
You do not select a return time at checkout.

You will return from the same location where you are dropped off (approximately 1000 Soscol Ave, Napa, CA 94559) . Please make a note of it when you arrive.

Buses are staged and ready from 9:00 PM. Every bus is guaranteed to be in place no later than one hour after the final act.

Buses do not depart early unless they are full and able to return in time for mass egress, when the majority of attendees leave at once. Our staff on site make that determination. Please plan to stay for the headliners rather than counting on an early departure.

Tickets, Transfers and Refunds
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to use yours, it may be transferred to someone else.

Refunds are not available, except where a route does not reach its 25 ticket minimum as described above.

There are no one way tickets. If you make your own way to the festival, you may use your round trip ticket for the return journey only. Check in with our staff at the bus drop zone to collect your shuttle credential.

Accessibility
All shuttle buses, including accessible buses, drop off at Soscol Avenue and McKinstry Street. This location is five city blocks from the venue entrance. Because of the heavy pedestrian traffic near the venue, there is no transportation between the bus drop off point and the venue entrance.

If you are unable to make that walk unassisted, we recommend exploring other options including ADA Parking and the festival’s ADA loading and unloading zone.

If you require a bus equipped with a wheelchair lift, please use the “Contact the Organizer” function to arrange this in advance, and include your departure time so we can have the right vehicle in place.

Each accessible coach can accommodate up to two wheelchairs. Because seating is limited, the lift is reserved for passengers who are unable to board the bus without it, and who are unable to transfer out of their mobility device.

If you use a mobility scooter, there is ample storage beneath the bus for it during the journey.
