On December 3rd, The Front Porch presents a one-of-a-kind candlelight show with The Golden Hours at Potter's Craft Cider!

The Golden Hours is a new Charlottesville-based band formed by the members of acclaimed indie-folk acts David Wax Museum and Lowland Hum. These musicians have been touring and recording for over 20 years, featured on CBS Saturday Morning and NPR’s Tiny Desk, and lauded by The New York Times, Washington Post, TIME and Rolling Stone, among others. The Golden Hours’ debut record Terra Nova (to be released in 2027) includes “Day Wheel,” an NPR Music Song of the Day. The forthcoming album brings together the power of these four songwriters in an artifact that is simultaneously lush and distilled, emotionally probing, and conceptually expansive. 

Approximately 100 seats are available at Potter's Craft Cider. The venue can accomodate more than 100 guests with limited standing room around cocktail tables in the bar area. If securing a seat is important to you, please plan to arrive early. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Music starts at 7 pm.
