You are reserving a 15’ x 15’ space on the level lawn behind Sisters Art Works for TENT CAMPING only. This fee covers all 3 nights (Friday June 27 through Sunday June 29) regardless of when you arrive. Multiple tents are allowed in the space, but you must stay within the allotted area and everyone in your party must have a weekend pass to attend Big Ponderoo or be a volunteer.
VEHICLES MUST BE UNLOADED AND PARKED ON THE STREET; NO EXCEPTIONS. All camp gear will need to be transported from the parking lot to the lawn behind Sisters Art Works (vehicles may not drive on the grass), so plan accordingly. Maximum distance to travel is approximately 100 feet.
Campers are encouraged to bring their bikes for easy transportation (2 minute ride to the venue). A complimentary bike valet is available at the venue. Street parking is free in Sisters.
Campers must arrive on Friday, June 27 between 2 PM and 9 PM or Saturday, June 28 between 9 AM and noon, and leave on or before Monday, June 30 by 9 AM. CHECK IN FOR THIS CAMPING IS AT THE CAMPSITE; ENTER THROUGH THE PARKING LOT on the west end of the Sisters Art Works building, 204 W. Adams Ave.
