Hometown Music and Arts Incarnate welcome Gregg Bissonette to Harrisonburg for a workshop Wednesday, May 6th at 7pm! This event is not just for drummers, but also all lovers of music at all skill levels.
Join us for a night of stories about Gregg's career as a drummer and also tips on how he approaches playing and practicing.
Gregg Bissonette is a GRAMMY® Award-winning drummer who has played with Ringo Starr, David Lee Roth, Maynard Ferguson, Don Henley, Santana, Ray Charles, and many others. Gregg was voted best all-around drummer in the 2023 Modern Drummer Reader’s Poll.
We will be raffling off Gregg's signature Dixon Artisan drum set and snares that he'll be playing for this workshop!
All proceeds from the raffle will go to support Rocktown House of Music, a local space for music lessons, jams, concerts, and other community events. So show up, buy some raffle tickets, do some good in our community, and have the chance to walk away with some real goodies!
