GEORGE MASON UNIVERSITY JAZZ STUDIES PROGRAM PERFORMANCES AND JAM!

George Mason University Jazz Studies program presents an evening of the syncopated sounds of New Orleans with the Braddock Road Brass Band (directed by Graham Breedlove), the virtuosity of the bebop, hard-bop, and fusion-jazz eras with Jazz Combo I (directed by Shawn Purcell) and the timeless melodies of the Great American Songbook with jazz vocalists from the studio of Darden Purcell! These performances will conclude with a jam session; all are welcome!
