For the 10th season, IN A LANDSCAPE: Classical Music in the Wild tours the American West. Mountain tops, old-growth forests, and sunny meadows replace the traditional concert hall in the series featuring pianist Hunter Noack on a 9-foot Steinway concert grand piano. Listen through wireless headphones and wander afield with the music as a soundtrack to your experience in the wild.
Central Oregon’s favorite hot springs is back! Kah-Nee-Ta is located on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation and is famous for the healing mineral rich waters. Visit the tribal vendor stands where you can support their community by purchasing gifts of beadwork, photography, and original art. The concert begins at 4 pm and will feature as special guest artist the award-winning Native American flutist, James Edmund Greeley.
Come early to soak in the hot springs and support the revitalization of this culturally significant landmark on the Warm Springs Reservations Add-on a day pass for $29 per person.
Extend your experience and book a stay at Kah-Nee-Ta Resort for a relaxing getaway with cozy accommodations, natural hot springs, outdoor adventures, and breathtaking high desert views! Hotel rooms and RV camping spots available.
Thank you to The Broughton & Mary Bishop Family and Visit Central Oregon for continuing their sponsorship of the Warm Springs concert each year. As a result of their generosity, we are able to grant funds to support the music program at Warm Springs K-8 Academy, and Warm Springs youth at Madras High School through the American Indian Business Leadership club.
