Minimum Ridership: Each route requires a minimum of 25 riders to operate. Routes must reach this threshold no later than 96 hours prior to departure time.

Route Status Updates:

• Routes will show as LIVE once the 25-rider minimum is confirmed


• Routes will show as PENDING until the minimum is met

Hardship Tickets Important Conditions:

• Subject to sufficient overall ticket sales


• Requires securing Angel Ticket buyers to offset reduced pricing


• Full refund if conditions aren't met


• Confirmation/cancellation notification provided by 96 hours prior to travel.

• WE will share with you who the tickets was gifted to, or refunds in whole if the trip does not go live.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available if routes are cancelled due to insufficient ridership. Alternatively, payments can be applied to future departure dates if chosen. Otherwise, think of this as a airplane ticket, do not purchase if you might need a refund, as will have a seat held for you if you purchased and not sell it to other patrons.
