The young new talent, Pedro Maia aka Mochakk with only 22 years of age, is the kind of artist that doesn't fit usual formulas and is always working and looking for differentials in his productions and live sets. With a wide list of references ranging from jazz, soul, and hip hop and a unique feeling, the young gun is proposing a new kind of performance that when connected to his persona on social media brings him straight to the spotlight.
After his early years practicing instruments and consuming street culture, Pedro has evolved his ear and brain into an encyclopedia of aesthetic references that make his sound soulful yet funky and dirty, without losing the grit and darkness embedded. From hammering Warehouse bangers to emotional melodic anthems, Mochakk accomplishes a variety that surely dives you inside his engaging universe
