Under the name DUUNES, Harrison Cohen delivers sly, high-voltage alt-rock shaped by the chaos of NYC—gritty, resilient, and emotionally charged. With explosive choruses and raw vocals, DUUNES channels the spirit of The Killers, Young the Giant, and Arctic Monkeys. DUUNES is more than music—it’s the 4 AM clarity that wrecks your sleep, the rush-hour traffic in your head. After going viral with a cover of “Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked” (40M+ views across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram), DUUNES hit the stage at SXSW, supporting Passion Pit and Five for Fighting, opened for Joe P at Racket NYC, sold out gigs in New York and Boston, and landed “Delusional” on Spotify’s Best of Fresh Finds Rock 2024, with editorial playlist features on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music. Local Nomad

Michael Desmond, an American singer-songwriter, established the indie-rock group Local Nomad. Desmond was raised in a musical family and started songwriting in his adolescence. In 2017, he co-founded the band Local Nomad with other artists. The name captures the group’s free-spirited, adventurous nature.
