• This parking is for both for residents of the apartment and retail visitors. Please look for the green signage straight ahead outlining where the retail spots begin (the spots will have green signs).

EDGEWOOD HEAVY:

Since bursting onto the Atlanta music scene, edgy and soulful,  Edgewood Heavy has blazed a path all its own. Their unique genre of Rock N Soul, a term the band coined to describe their rarefied sound, is at the heart of the band's identity and musical style. The four-piece rock band led by the two dynamic, and passionate frontmen, have been likened to "a mixture of the Rolling Stones, The Black Keys, and Outkast," and have taken the nation's southeast music scene by storm. Their popularity has seen the band perform on NPR's "Sounds like ATL" segment by WABE, open for David Ryan Harris, play with lady Nicole Wray at the One Music Festival, which attracts more than 50,000 fans every year, and perform at the Wire and Wood Fest, Stone Mountain Soul Fest, and Inman Park Fest to name just a few. They have also hosted their Atlanta music festival  'Edgewoodstock' for two years and collaborated with local brewery "Soul Brothers" to create their beer, 'Edgewood Hefe.' Following their debut album release, '$ex Drugs & Rock N Soul,' the band is continuing to give fans what they long for: more new music and more live shows. They are currently touring the United States on their ‘Electric Summer Tour’ on the heels of their latest release, “Electric Eel.”

ARKOSE:

This dynamic Acid Jazz duo from Atlanta, GA, has quickly became a household name in the music scene with their diamond cut sound. From their weekly jazz jam residency at Smiths Olde Bar to them working with some of the best up and coming artists such as: Jai’Len Josey, SWAVAY, Ben Reilly, Chase Shakur, Kennedy Ryon, Gus Glasser and many more. They are made up of multi-instrumentalists, Tad Adams & Noah Sills, who met in high school years ago. They found a mutual love for Jazz, RnB, Dance, Rock and Hip Hop Music. They grab from influences such as: Badbadnotgood, Khruangbin, Kool & The Gang, Jamiroquai, Earth Wind, & Fire, the Isley Brothers, Jimi Hendrix, Aerosmith, and MF DOOM.

PHILMON LEE:

Philmon Lee is a multi- genre singer and lifetime musician hailing from Lagrange, Ga. After signing with Epic records and releasing several singles alongside national touring, he has now returned to Atlanta to continue releasing music and developing his artistic vision to “Change the world through music one song at a time.”Musical influences that can be heard in his work span vastly including acts such as Elvis Presley, Post Malone, Lynard Skynard, to Marvin Gaye.

Most recently he was seen performing in Austin, Texas at SXSW alongside releasing his song ‘Baby Don’t Cry’ featuring Young Thug. His most recent release, ‘Home Drinker,’ continues to please his fans and defy expectations by crossing genres with the release of a country song.
