meditation teacher-in-training during
this daylong meditation, yoga, insight, and creativity retreat. Together, we will explore how intentional pauses can calm the nervous system, ease stress, and in bringing agency to how we respond, create an upward spiral. You will leave with a personalized “pause” practice, simple tools to bring mindfulness and a bit more ease into daily life.
Beginners to meditation and yoga are welcome.
