About the Event

The Choteau American Legion Post 6 will host the annual 4th of July Rodeo. Sanctioned by the Northern Rodeo Association. We were the largest one day rodeo in the Northern Rodeo Association until 2021. We moved the slack events to the 3rd in 2021 and we lost the Largest 1 day rodeo status, however, we continue to see the large contestant numbers. Events includes Bareback Bronc Riding, Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, Junior Barrel Racing, Junior Breakaway, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, and Tie Down Roping for all performances.

We are teaming up with Jacobs Rodeo again to provide some of the best animal athletes in the NRA!

The main performance on July 4th will begin at 2pm. Gates open at noon.
Concessions and beer garden on site operated by the Choteau Booster Club and The wrestling club. Prices: Reserved Seating is $20, General Admission is $17, General Admission, kids under 11 are free!!
