About the Event

Friday-Sunday Schedule: Shuttles depart Columbus every 60 minutes from 12pm to 5pm. Expect longer wait times if you are riding between 5pm and 8pm (Last bus to the festival departs at 8pm). Buses return every 30 minutes from 11pm to 4:30am.

Thursday Schedule (4 day pass only): Shuttles begin at 12pm and depart every 60 minutes until 5pm. If you miss the last ride at 5pm, you can still catch a ride but expect longer wait times. Shuttles return to Columbus every 30 minutes from 11pm to 1am, with the final ride of the night leaving at 1am.

Wednesday Schedule (5-day pass only): Shuttle in on Wednesday to catch your favorite Village Marketplace Sets and activities! Shuttles will depart Columbus at 12pm, 3pm and 6pm, and they will return from Legend valley at 9pm and 11pm only.

100% refund, less the processing fees, up to 14 days before the day of the trip.
50% refund, less the processing fees, if you request a refund between 13-3 days before the trip.


No refunds for requests made two days or less before the start of a trip.
