About the Event
2nd Annual Jazz Edu-tainment featuring Brent Wallarab and the BWJO Ensemble

Composer, arranger, band leader and the David Baker professor of Jazz Studies at IU Brent Wallarab kicks off the 2024-2025 SundayJazzBrunch@SILO series. As he did in last season’s kick off Wallarab will pull back the curtain with more stories about the language of jazz music and between jazz musicians.

Wallarab will also tell the stories behind the scenes of his years traveling and performing with the great Perry Como!

Joining him will be another stellar BWJO Ensemble to further entertain us with great jazz classics, including some from the Perry Como songbook.

-11:30 am: Doors and brunch
-1:00pm - 3:15pm: Concert
-2:15pm: Brunch Ends
