Ahmed Kazmi - (@ahmedxkazmi): Ahmed Kazmi is a first generation Pakistani-American singer/songwriter, producer, and musician. He is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland and is also a 1/2 of the musical duo known as OK! (@ahmedxkazmi). Ahmed’s musical beginnings were simple, starting with an acoustic guitar, a computer to make beats, and anything to write down his thoughts. Over the years he has explored several different styles as a producer including Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Soul, and Electronic music. He pulls from these influences to create lush soundscapes, which are then led by his vocals. Ahmed draws inspiration from everything around him while staying grounded by values he gets from family, faith, and the desire to constantly push the boundaries of his creativity.

Her soulful expression finds its roots in the art of poetry, serving as the foundation for the mesmerizing songs she creates. Through her lyrical prowess, Yung Yana transforms raw emotions and vivid stories into soul-stirring melodies, delivering an authentic and evocative experience to her audience.

Clark D - (@sirclarkd): Clark D is a rapper and grammy award winning producer-engineer hailing from Boston, MA and currently based in Atlanta, GA. Being raised in a Haitian household, Clark was taught the values of family and hard work at a young age, and used those as driving factors to pursue his passions. Using beginning influences like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Isaiah Rashad, Travis Scott and more, he sought to blend his influences and production to craft a unique, yet versatile sound.

MAISHA - (@mvtherlife): Maisha is an eclectic singer, songwriter, and producer  from Boston, MA, and currently based in Atlanta, GA. Fused with experimental vocals and composition, her style is deeply rooted in neo-soul, RnB, and Jazz. Outside of music, Maisha finds inspiration in the nature, women, and love surrounding her.

Eyeam - (@iameyeam): Eyeam is an electrifying singer-songwriter from Jackson, TN based in Atlanta, GA. At the tender age of 14, he discovered his passion for creativity, exploring various mediums like singing, dancing and acting. Though his love for entertainment was strong, he primarily gravitated towards music. Eyeam is a part of Ari Collective, a group of multifaceted artists and musicians. Together they have one common goal - to create timeless music.

• This parking is for both for residents of the apartment and retail visitors. Please look for the green signage straight ahead outlining where the retail spots begin (the spots will have green signs).
