15TH ANNUAL METROPOLITAN FASHION WEEK LOS ANGELES
Metropolitan Fashion Week Los Angeles proudly announces its highly anticipated 15th Annual Opening Night Celebration, taking place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at The Original Farmers Market Los Angeles, located at 3rd Street and Fairfax Avenue.
This year's Opening Night theme, CAPE EXTRAVAGANZA, challenges fashion designers from around the world to create one breathtaking Fashion Masterpiece inspired by the grandeur and elegance of legendary capes throughout history, from Victorian sophistication and Renaissance royalty to Hollywood glamour and avant-garde modern couture. Each original creation will celebrate craftsmanship, innovation, and artistic expression on one of Southern California's most recognized outdoor runways.

In addition to celebrating our 15th Anniversary, we are doing something special... FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER A FASHION WEEK IS OPEN TO ALL MODEL APPLICANTS that attended the casting in person! This special Metropolitan Fashion Week ONE RUNWAY experience celebrates diversity, confidence, individuality, creativity, and the joy of fashion.
