4 Days of Aloha is the largest Native Hawaiian event in the Pacific Northwest. It has been recognized as SW Washingtonʻs Event of the Year by Washington Festival and Events Association. The festival takes place at Clark College and Esther Short Park, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about Hawaiian arts and culture and to experience the spirit of aloha.
The 4 day long celebration begins with cultural workshops taught by renowned Kumu Hula (Master Teachers of Hawaiian Dance) and cultural practitioners of various Hawaiian arts forms. The event continues on with festivities held at the historic Esther Short Park in Downtown Vancouver. The park is filled with the aloha spirit as attendees enjoy live Hawaiian music and hula dancers, multicultural performers, ʻono (delicious) island cuisine, the best island style and Hawaiian art retail vendors, a 21+over Beer Garden, a Keiki (children) Zone, and more!
There is truly something for everyone in the community to enjoy. All proceeds from 4 Days of Aloha goes back into continuing the event as well as other cultural programming under the 501(c)(3), Ke Kukui Foundation.
