No worries — you can board the next available bus with open seating. Please note: tickets are non-refundable.

What if my flight is delayed?
You’re welcome to adjust to a later bus, as long as seats are available. The last bus departs at 2:30 PM sharp.

Can I pay cash on site?
Yes. Cash payments are accepted at McCormick Place if you prefer not to book online.
