What’s in a name? For Couldn’t Be Happiers, the name says it all. This indie-folk duo out of Winston-Salem, NC enjoys every minute of their music-making journey, and it is contagious. Priding themselves on unique points of view and unexpected protagonists, their songs narrate fantastical worlds, untold histories, and vanishing folklore. But buried in each verse and chorus is their own underlying tale of two lawyers who after failed marriages found each other and are celebrating their second chance at music, love, and happiness.
