NAB Show Exhibitors can secure a pre-paid parking permit for the event. These permits are available for the duration from Saturday, April 5th to Wednesday, April 9th. Purchasing a permit ensures in-and-out parking privileges at either Diamond Lot 2 or Bronze Lot 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Please note, Silver Lot will not be available this year.

Permits require 3-4 business days for processing. Standard delivery is handled via USPS and typically takes 7-10 days. Should you need your permit sooner, express shipping options are available at an additional charge. Please note that USPS delivery is only available within the US. International orders, including those from Canada, must be picked up at Will Call.

Permits will begin shipping in February. Will Call permits can be collected onsite near C102 outside Central Hall. Collection times are as follow:

Friday, April 4, 2025: 10 AM - 5 PM
Saturday, April 5, 2025: 8 AM - 3 PM
