  • Start Time: 9:00 am
  • Age Restriction:  All Ages

About the Event
A week-long student theater performance camp that will explore the theme of one of the oldest stories known to humankind: the unexpected hero and their quest to greatness - A Hero’s Journey. Though this trope is largely known, student thespians will work within a cast to study archetypes, musical storytelling, and stage craft to create a unique retelling of this classic. The culmination of their work will be presented on the last day to family, friends, and community members as we celebrate their own hero's journey!

Student thespians will have first hand experience with the theatrical process through script writing, stage craft, sound design, and character study. Students will be involved in group projects augmented with the study of music, drama, and stage craft.

Open to students going into grades 5-9.

Pay what you can support is available through the SFF Presents scholarship fund. This fund enables pay what you can access to our programs for those in financial need (on an honor based system), and also provides college scholarships for graduating Sisters High School seniors.
