About the Event

This year’s Rhododendron festival Coronation will be held the Saturday before Rhody weekend on May the 11th, 2024. Ten outstanding seniors from Siuslaw high school will be competing for Queen Rhododendra and King of the Coast. Join MCs Matt Templeman, KEZI evening news anchor and Melanie Heard, director of CROW in cheering on the contestants as well as their five Junior princesses in a fun evening of talent and entertainment. Come help us kick off the 117th Rhododendron festival and cheer on your favorites!
