Kyran has always believed that his purpose in life was to use and develop his vocal and performance skills.  With a concoction of styles, Kyran has done just that and found his niche as an experienced vocalist and performer.  By blending what he's learned in his studies of jazz, classical, gospel, & R&B/soul/hip-hop at North Carolina Central University’s music department, Kyran has continued to develop and hone his musical craft and experiences since hitting the scene in 2005.  

Kyran has had the opportunity to work with and glean from such artists and producers as Grady Tate, Ira Wiggins, Dana “Yazarah” Williams, The Ton3s (formerly the Hamiltones), saxophonist Adrien Crutchfield, producer E. Jones, Mavis Swan Poole, Steve Roy, Sugar Bear of EU band and a host of other notable and nationally recognized musicians and bands. Kyran was also afforded the opportunity to intern at Deep Dish Records, in Washington, DC where he met various house D.J.s and songwriters, who helped build his confidence in writing and recording.  This experience would also introduce him to the culture of Go-go music, to which he now performs with Charlotte's Premier Go-go band Uptown Swagga as the lead vocalist.
