A true Door County Fish Boil Dining Experience in Lake Geneva!

Master boiler, Dan Nelson, slices fresh whitefish caught in Door County into chunks, then boils it with baby red potatoes and sweet onions. The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result? A spectacular burst of flames and the famous boil-over that leaves the food ready to be immediately served at your outdoor table, beer garden or inside cafe seating.

Fish, potatoes, and onions served with fresh lemons, melted butter, coleslaw, homemade marble rye breads and Door County cherry pie.

Walk-ups welcome, but pre-purchase of tickets is strongly recommended as there is limited groups of up to 20-25 for each dinner.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to check-in and join us outside in the beer garden and around the kettle.
