Join us on some Saturday mornings this summer for Yoga in the Yard! Your yoga instructor will lead a slow flow yoga style, appropriate for all levels. Each participant should bring a yoga mat or large towel (such as a beach towel) and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. It is strongly recommended that you also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated as we will be outside. Water will also be provided by Pale Fire.
Ticket includes 1 hour of easy flow yoga in our backyard and 1 beverage from a curated event menu (all draft beer, mimosas, a variety of cocktails, and non-alcoholic options).
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a waiver. This is a requirement to participate in the class.
Class is available for individuals 16+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Meet Beth! "I'm a native of the Shenandoah Valley. I'm a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher training and over 1,000 teaching hours (E-RYT200/RYT500). I love yoga for it's therapeutic benefits and all that it teaches us on and off the mat.
