This program explores the inner-workings of the space between stimulus and response, with new compositions by Micah Behr putting sound to this space. The musical trajectory includes works composed and arranged for string sextet and string trio spanning ~800 years and will be performed in the round at the historic Chorus Public House.
Music by Hildegard von Bingen, Erich Wolfgang Korngold, Andrew Norman, Anna Clyne, Benjamin Britten, and Johan Sebastian Bach.
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
Viktor Frankl
