Who This Is For
This session is open to most people and is especially helpful for those who feel stressed, mentally overloaded, physically tight, emotionally wound up, or in need of a reset.

It is a strong fit for people who care about their health, their recovery, and how they perform under pressure, whether that pressure shows up in the gym, at work, or at home.

Dave Gieselman is the Founder of Limitless Flow and a coach, speaker, and breathwork facilitator with more than a decade of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations regulate stress, sharpen focus, and expand their capacity for performance and well-being.

A former professional chef, Dave brings a grounded, practical approach to transformation. His work blends breathwork, nervous system regulation, and flow state principles to help people recover more effectively, think more clearly, and move through life with greater steadiness, self-awareness, and control.
