Brunch by Restaurant Ungru from Hiiumaa

EST (ENG below)
Ungru Restoran on Hiiumaa mereäärne restoran saare põhjakaldal, kus emotsiooni loovad endisaegne tollimaja, Suursadama õhustik ning kõige võimsamalt suurepärane toit ja teenindus. Põimides Hiiumaa traditsioonilisi maitseid ja tooraineid modernse köögi võtetega, pakub restoran midagi erilist, ent samas lihtsat ja hingelähedast - just nagu elu sellel saarel.

Tule ja proovi ise, kuidas Ungru restorani soul-food mekib New Yorgis! Pühapäevane brunch sisaldab lisaks heale toidule ka vestlust kokkadega Ungru restoranist ja toidukultuurist. Erikülaliseks on filmitegija Helga Merits, kes tutvustab oma valmivat filmi “The Paradox of Seabrook Farms”.
White Guide soovitatud restoran.

Ainult eelregistreerimisega!
Ungru Restorani Pop-Up on avatud neljapäevast laupäevani New Yorgi Eesti Majas.
