About the Event

Join us for an exciting evening celebrating women in music with two talented and inspiring musicians!

About Ebony: Ebony Nicole is a passionate singer and songwriter with a love for creating music that touches the heart and soul. Her journey in music is all about connecting with people through melodies and lyrics that tell a story. Using a sonic mix of folk, pop, and lo-fi rhythms. From soulful ballads to upbeat anthems, her songs are a blend of personal experiences with universal emotions. She released her first album titled: "I'm fine" in 2022, alongside her album "Im a Little blurry with romance" and singles "over" and "closer" are available on streaming platforms.

About Valerie: Unhurried and authentic, singer-songwriter Valerie McQueen tells life’s stories through melody and rhythm, blending folk and country influences. Inspired by strong female voices like Gillian Welch and Alison Krauss, she pairs her powerful vocals with acoustic guitar and purposeful lyrics. Virginia-raised and based in the Shenandoah Valley, Valerie weaves music into her life, documenting experiences shaped by seasons, vulnerability, and confidence. After a season of raising young children, she returns with fresh stories to share. Her 11-song solo album, Speckled Moon, was released in August 2023, along with the singles August and Fly, available on streaming platforms.
