This is the only OFFICIAL shuttle operator for La Onda Music Festival 2025.

The times listed are DEPARTURE TIMES - please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to avoid any delays. 
Buses will operate on Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st leaving from Fairfield, Oakland, Sacramento, Petaluma, 680 Corridor Walnut Creek, Vacaville, Lodi, San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Sonoma with convenient pick up times to get you to the festival.

Please note these tickets are for bus transportation ONLY, not actual EVENT tickets.

PLEASE NOTE WHERE YOU ARE DROPPED OFF IS THE SAME LOCATION YOU WILL DEPART FROM AT THE END OF EACH NIGHT.

RETURN TIMES FOR ALL CITIES
You will not select a return time at check out. ALL buses are guaranteed to be there at least 1 hour post final act. Buses however will not leave EARLY unless they are full. They will be ready in ALL pickup locations beginning at 9pm. Buses will not leave early UNLESS they are able to get back in time for MASS EGRESS (everyone leaving at the same time at the end of the night). Staff onsite will make that determination as necessary, but do not count on leaving early and be prepared to stay for the headliners. To reiterate, buses will be staged for return transfers where you were dropped off at.
At point of sale, please select the day you would like transportation (Saturday or Sunday) and select the pick-up time for each day if applicable (see options below).
For Travel times TO the festival please map to Napa Valley Expo understanding that traffic conditions will affect length of trip day of service.
If there is a particular act you would like to see, please take the earliest shuttle time to be safe.
The date and time that you choose will be the ONLY time your bus ticket will be guaranteed. If you miss your specific bus time, we will do our best to get you on to the next available, but this is not guaranteed (similar to flying, think of it as “stand-by”).
Bus passes include round trip transportation to and from the festival. When you arrive at the bus pick up, please check in with staff to receive your wristband. If you purchased a 2-day pass, your wristband will be valid for both days. If you purchased a 1-day pass, your wristband will be valid for 1 day.
There are no ONE WAY tickets available, but you are able to use a round trip ticket as return ONLY to your selected city in the event you found another way to get there. You will be able to check in with our staff on-site at bus DROP zone to receive your shuttle credential.

ADA REQUEST
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, if you are in need of a bus outfitted with a wheelchair lift, please use the "contact the organizer" function to schedule. This is for patrons who are unable to physically board the bus unless they are utilizing their wheelchair. In order to avoid delayed departure it is critical if you are need of a wheelchair equipped bus that you contact us with your departure time so we can be sure to accommodate. The wheelchair-accessible shuttle bus is designated exclusively for individuals who are unable to transfer out of their mobility devices. This service is specifically tailored to accommodate those who require the use of a wheelchair for mobility at all times. Accessible motor coaches are only able to accommodate up to (2)wheelchairs per bus. Due to limited seating options, the wheel chair lift is only available to those attendees that are unable to board the bus without the use of the lift.
In the event you utilize a mobility scooter, the coach buses will have ample storage room under the bus for the scooter to be stored until arriving at the festival.
Please Note: All shuttle buses (including accessible buses) drop off at Soscol Avenue and McKinstry Street. This location is five city blocks from the venue entrance. On account of the substantial pedestrian traffic near the venue, there is no transportation from the bus pick-up/drop-off location and the venue’s entrance/exit. If you are unable to make this journey unassisted, we recommend exploring other transportation options such as ADA Parking and our ADA Loading/Unloading zone. 

TICKET INFORMATION
Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. All bus tickets purchased on this page will be delivered as e-tickets. You will need to print your ticket(s) or show the electronic ticket on your smartphone to ride the bus.
