VERSUS Silent Headphone Party and 7PM Fitness Gym have teamed up for the most fun workout experience you've ever seen!

FOR THE NEWBIES:
Imagine 3 of the DMV's top trainers paired w/ a DJ or fire playlist, you, and your friends. The training will run in short circuits so that you can get a full body workout in about an hour. Each station which will focus on different body parts and training styles. We provide routines for low, mid, and high intensity so there's something for everyone.

Oh and the music will be going the entire time so partying and dancing is encouraged! We are going to have a great time! See you soon.
