**Camping only available for festival attendees**
Your camping package includes one RV space, one tent space or one rustic cabin at Camp Morehead on the shore of beautiful Willapa Bay, adjacent to the festival grounds. We will accommodate groups wanting to camp near each other, and will make every effort to make that happen, but the early birds get the worms, so reach out to us as soon as you’ve made your reservations…this is first come, first served and spaces sell quickly. Reach out to Clint at clintcarterblues@yahoo.com for camping questions and special requests. The sites do not have hook-ups or electricity, however there are nice restrooms with showers.
This year, the Washington State International Kite Festival runs the same week and weekend as our festival. In keeping with the spirit of our mission statement to encourage tourism, we are offering campers the option to purchase an early check in on Thursday, with late check out as late as Monday at 11:00am.
The festival grounds are only open Friday and Saturday, no vendors will be available, you’ll have plenty of time to explore, participate in the Kite Festival, play on the beach, eat at our excellent local restaurants and shop to your hearts content on your affordable mini vacay with us here at “the end of the world”.
The Basic Weekend Camping Package includes one RV site, camp site or one cabin, with Friday check-in after 9:00am and Sunday check-out by 3:00pm. Prices include Friday Aug. 25 and Saturday Aug. 26.
This year, the International Kite Festival is occurring the week leading up to and including the festival weekend. We are offering an additional camping option for an affordable mini vacay to give you more time to explore the “end of the world”, enjoy the Kite Festival, play on the beach, eat at our local restaurants and shop to your hearts’ content. Tent Site: $40 RV Site $60 Rustic Cabin: $80
The “Go Fly a Kite” Camping Package includes the above, plus Thursday check-in after 9:00am and Monday checkout by 3:00pm, for an additional fee of $40.
