Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District presents 2017 Groovin’ on the Grass featuring QUARTERFLASH, CURTIS SALGADO and NU SHOOZ, Saturday, Aug. 19, music starts at 5:00 p.m. at HMT Recreation Complex in Beaverton.
Gates
3:30 p.m. Early Entrance Gates Open

Tickets
General admission tickets are only $20. Gates open at 4 p.m.
Early entrance tickets are $30 (gates open at 3:30 pm). Available while supplies last.
Children under age five are free, no ticket needed.
Food / Drink
Beer, wine and food will be available for purchase, including craft beers from event sponsor Golden Valley Brewery.
-NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED
-Coolers may be no longer than 22" x 15" x 15"
-All bags and coolers are subject to a brief inspection by event security personnel.
What to Bring
Groovin' on the Grass will be staged outdoors on the soccer fields at the district’s Howard M. Terpenning Recreation Complex.
-Seating is general admission.
-Guests may use an area the equivalent of one 6' x 8' blanket and one chair per attendee.
-For the seating area closest to the stage, only blankets and low beach chairs (30" maximum height w/seat no higher than 12" from the ground) will be permitted.
-Guests with taller lawn chairs will be asked to occupy designated spaces at the sides and rear of the seating area.

Transportation / Parking
Public Transportation
For those guests utilizing public transportation, a free THPRD shuttle will run every 15 minutes from 2:30-9:30 p.m. from the Merlo Rd./SW 158th Ave. MAX Station to the HMT Complex.
Parking spaces are located at the Main and North lots at the HMT Complex, including ADA-accessible parking spots, an electric-car-charging station and designated parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
Parking is not permitted at the Fred Meyer parking lot.
What to Leave at Home
The following items will NOT be permitted in the venue without consent of THPRD:
-Alcohol
-Glass
-Fireworks
-Weapons
-Location flags/signs that block the view of seated guests
-Smoking products
-Pets
-Canopies
-Quick shades and umbrellas
-Professional cameras (cameras with zoom lenses longer than 2 inches)
-Recording devices (audio or video)
