Such As Us is a socially conscious alternative rock group from New York. They have a sound reminiscent of The Mamas & The Papas but with a modern twist. They address important issues - justice, peace, love, the environment - and are unapologetic activists in New York Friends of Clearwater. Male and female voices harmonize about the present and future with a retro vibe.

Filthy Rotten System
Filthy Rotten System is an activist protest/rock band. Our repertoire ranges from The Band and Bruce Springsteen to Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger. We also do some powerful original songs of social comment, e.g., "Let My People Stay". We came out of the Catholic Worker, where some of us live and we gather for rehearsals. Our most common venues are vigils, marches, and rallies in support of undocumented immigrants, against war, and promoting human rights.
