About the role of Volunteer:
Thanks for your interest in joining the Team and earning great Pintastic rewards!

Pintastic New England will be held April 10th to 13th, 2025, at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel (not the Trade Center) in Marlborough, Massachusetts. We need volunteers all around the show, especially in the Free Playrooms and Vendor Hall. We'll need help all four days of the show and a few hours of help earlier in the month. You can specify your preference for tasks involving walking, lifting, staying in one place, and brain work such as game repairs.

The main areas that need volunteers are: Free Playroom setup, Vendor Hall setup, Tech Team for game repairs, Door Monitors, Game Bringer registration, End of Show Break Down after 11:00 AM Sunday. Some other teams recruit their own volunteers. If you have a particular skill to offer, mention it in your application.

Some important things to remember when scheduling your shift:
- You can’t eat while on duty. If you have a shift during lunch time, plan to eat before or after.
- Volunteer assignments are simple to work, but they are work. You need to be able to devote your attention to the task at hand.
- You can volunteer with a friend or spouse and, in most cases, be assigned to the same task in the same shift.
- Pintastic can accommodate volunteers with disabilities.
