The Ken Demith Collection is an electrifying blend of original alternative rock, roots, and pop, with a fresh, authentic sound that resonates from coast to coast and now calls the Washington DC/Baltimore area home. Led by the charismatic Ken Demith, a master storyteller and songwriter, the band crafts music that’s easy to connect with, yet deeply uplifting and inspiring. With melodies that bring each tale to life, Ken’s lyrical prowess draws listeners in from the very first note. Backed by the talented ensemble of Dave Fenstermacher, Peter Franklin, Mark Bowling, and John Rossman, the band creates a dynamic mix of musical textures that define the KDC sound.

The roots of the band trace back to 2006, when Ken stepped away from the beloved Dallas-based zydebilly band, The Comelongs, and began collaborating with his gifted musician friends in the DFW area to bring his unique songs to life. What started as a collection of collaborators soon became a full-fledged band, with a distinct identity all its own.

Their third album, Boom A Rang, is available online and at shows, and their second album, Movie Star Bones, is streaming on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, and Apple Music.

With catchy tunes that feel instantly familiar and stories that speak to both the present and the past, the Ken Demith Collection makes music that sticks in your head long after the last chord fades.

Founded in the summer of 2017 by longtime bandmates John Lawton (Guitar/Vocals) and Luke Kannor (Drums), Chevre are a songwriter focused rock band with jam and heavy rock undertones accentuated by 7 string electric violinist Eric Delente which result in a sound they call "Psychedelic Roots Rock for your Funkhole".
