For those asking, “what is dig day?”
It is an annual event limited to 60 people or less. Individuals will at their own pace dig the pots we use to highlight our catalog bulbs and display pots.
What is included in the price?
All the bulbs you can dig. It is first come; first serve on the thousands of bulbs we have available in these pots. We will provide catalogs so you can identify varieties.
Do we need to bring our own supplies?
Yes. We recommend you bring your own gloves and hand shovels/trowels. We also recommend you bring paper bags and a sharpie to sort your bulbs once you dig.
How many bulbs do you usually dig?
The number of bulbs is based on how much work you put in. Generally, people leave with well over 100+ bulbs.
What should we expect day of?
Everyone attending dig day is excited as you are. We ask you arrive 20-30 minutes before 10am for check in and to be prepared. Everyone is allowed to start digging at 10am. If you are late, it takes away from the potential bulbs you have the opportunity to dig.
