About the Event

As if the title "Buffalo Bill Versus The Mummies" doesn't say it all! This comedy-thriller tells what happens when the legendary Wild West showman, Buffalo Bill, is hired to oversee security for a touring archeology exhibit at the recently opened Homestake Opera House. Financially strapped and at the end of his career, Buffalo Bill accepts what he assumes will be an easy publicity stunt. He receives much more than he bargained for from Mrs. Masters (an overbearing fan), Mosley (a saged professor), Dr. Charles (an uptight archeologist), Ms. Whinley (a reluctant markswoman), Dewb (a stagehand who longs for the limelight), Wepemnofret (a murderous ancient Egyptian prince), and Atoq (malicious god of mischief) – not to mention clumsy workers, the Women's Volunteer Auxiliary, and a throng of unruly mummies.
