Available Parking:
-Parking will take place in the track infield.
-Guests enter grounds from McKinley Avenue
-No VIP Ticket parking.
-ADA Parking will be in a designated area closest to the pedestrian
gates that open from the infield to the grandstand.

Available Seating:

-ADA Seating bottom row of grandstand ADA seating on north end
-Silver Spurs Seating seats in grandstand near the center of arena
-Gold Buckle Seating seats on far north end of grandstand, above ADA section

Additional Event Activities:

-Meet and greets, time and place, Autograph & photo session under the grandstand immediately following performances
-Food Vendors Variety, adjacent to grandstands
-Event Novelties Cowboy Corral carries t shirts, cowboy hats, sweatshirts, ball caps, jewelry,kids items & more, located adjacent to the grandstand in the vendor area

-There will be no alcohol at this event. This will need to be
communicated in all major event announcements.

-The fairgrounds are equipped with permanent facilities adjacent to
the grandstand.
-Grandstand provides covered seating.

Guest Policies:

-Strollers must be parked under grandstand
-Food Carry Ins are not allowed
-Drink Carry is not allowed
-No Water bottles.
-No Water Cups.
-No pets allowed other than service animals.

Refund Policy: 

Absolutely No Refunds. This is a sanctioned sporting event that is
held rain or shine.
Wristbands received at gate must be worn at all times.
