The City of Umatilla, OR presents its second annual Rock the Locks Music Festival!

October 4th, 5th and 6th, 2024.

3-full days of music spanning multiple decades with RV and tent camping available onsite. Numerous bands performing on 2 stages.

All tent and RV camping will be dry camping with restrooms and showers available onsite.

All spaces are 20’ wide x 40’ deep

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.
